I have I bought a car from Coral Springs KIA, 2012 Dodge Challenger to be exact, 4 months later the car stated acting up so every time I go to KIA it's a different excuse finally they decided to get the car check after 8 months and told me that they would only pay for the diagnosis and nothing else because a used car. I spent 6 months straight going to KIA, they make sure I worn out the little warranty the give for used cars, at a certain point they wouldn't even talk to me even the manager are ignoring me. I had a appointment for oil change and I also need them to check one of the tires because the light was on and off. I got there at 2:30 and out by 3:45 the service provided by the Spanish guy was excellent!!
Had a wonderful stress free experience with Junior S. And the finance manager Carlos. There was no pressure or hounding which is a big thing for me and worked as much as they could to get us the best rate and price for the car I wanted � loving my Sorento EX!
Always fast, friendly service. I've dealt with John the past couple of times; very nice guy. Courteous and professional. Had a nail in my tire this last time - those pesky "extra passengers"! Lol
