Worst Dealer Ever do not waste your time Just steped out of this joke of dealer. Had a WRITTEN Deal that was approved by a manager, spent about 5 hours waiting. Part of the WRITTEN Deal included some extras. After signing all papers and moving all the stuff from my old car to the new car they, the "sales manager" decided not to honor the deal due to a "missunderstanding" on the Written agreement Really!??. Ms. I had a good experience. I always ask for a complimentary cleaning when I have the oil changed. I like Pedro the best of all the other service guys I have done business with. I asked for a little rust spot to be fixed, but never got immediate cooperation to get it fixed. Overall, I do like Coral Springs Auto Mall better than other car dealerships. I feel comfortable and the salespeople are respectable to the customer. As a female customer, that is what I look for.
They are the reason car salesmen got a bad name I called for an "out the door price" as I wanted to compare it to another dealer. I had taken time off and was ready to purchase. I was quite clear, "let me know your best out the door price" and if it was better than the other place I would purchase that day. They pushed me for my quote and after I gave it to them the "salesman" checked with the manager not once but twice and came back to me and told me they would come under that price. Worst possible experience I cannot imagine a worse possible experience in trying to purchase a car. - Lied to on the phone - chasing them for 3 days, told they will call back in 15 minutes, and never getting a call back - lured to their dealership under totally false pretenses, with them knowing I had a pregnant wife and 1 year old baby in tow, and knowing I was at least 45 minute drive each way - being made to wait for an hour and a half expecting just to sign the paperwork, and then they change the price at the last second... read more
Very satisfied with Every Dept The salesman from Coral Springs Kia was very upfront, informative, and helpful when it comes to looking for an affordable car. The finance dept. worked hard at making our payments reasonable and possibly lower. Overall experience was great and I was very satisfied with the car I bought.
Run!!! Don't Buy Here! Don't trust them- I purchased a used Toyota from them a few months ago, and it needs 1800 dollars worth of repair work! I definitely got taken advantage of. Stay away.. Just horrible!!! Dishonest, shady, slimy are only the beginning on how to describe this dealership.. They lied about their stock and prices just to get you in there.
