Bad Experience - Please Read It was my first buying experience with insufficient credit history you can imagine how these sharks would drool thinking about the money they could make out of me because I was at the mercy of their terms. BE READY FOR HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND SCAMS WARNING: FINANCE ON YOUR OWN. Do not get sucked in. SAM, the finance manager, is a known liar. Creepy sleazeball who's going to hell. Trust me, you'll know it as soon as he comes out and tries to trick you into getting preapproved financing even if you have cash or a loan from a bank or credit union. Business as usual at Coral Springs Honda I am in the process of leasing a car for my college bound son. After being quoted the month price I asked the saleperson and his manager for the money factor and the sale price they are basing the lease payments from. After providing the money factor they told me they have to "look up the sales price." Kind of funny they know the monthly price but have no clue how they arrived at it. They will not return my calls! Overall Great Experience My experience with Coral Springs Nissan has been a very great one. I worked with Barry and he was very professional in handling the entire sale process. The Finance agent was very courteous and helpful. They worked hard to get the deal done and made every arrangement to accommodate me so I would not encounter any inconvenience. I am very satisfied with my experience and I will recommend it to my friends and family.
Service Department In 2001 we brought 2 new KIA Sportage from Coral Springs Auto Mall. We had a lot of problems with one of them and for some reason they could never figure out what the problem was. That was resolved when my husband had a roll over accident on the I95 and the vehicle was no more. We brought a GMC truck in 2005. My husband took it in for a noise that he was hearing. Don' t go Every time I have tried to use Coral Springs Auto Mall I come away with what was I thinking. Service Department at the Nissan dealer, are just out and out liars. Wanted my car back after my son explained what they wanted to do, I then call to say donât do anything. They put me on hold for 15 min. and said car had been started and was on the lift. HORRIBLE My husband and I bought a used SUV from Coral Springs Auto Mall and less than a month after driving off the lot we are having major problems. The car has been back to them several times and the head mechanic and his staff keep saying they cannot find what's causing the problem but they know the problem exists. They want to keep the car to do numerous checks however they have never offered to provide a rental knowing that this was a pre-existing problem prior to us purchasing the car. Great Experience Carl was incredible to us. He was very patient with us because it took us at least 3 days trying to figure out what we wanted and what we needed. My husband and I were going back and forth with our decision while Carl was there to provide us with answers and guidance. We thought we would probably lose him after the first day but luckily we were wrong. We are happy with our choice and the service we had received from Coral Springs Auto Mall.
they are the best If you need parts for your Honda or Nissian, this is the place to go. THey are the best and they are quick. Price wise they are good and they go above and beyond to help you.. Every time I need a part I just call them and boom they have it and ready to go... Everyone is so nice
