I recently bought a 2019 Ford Edge and the experience couldn’t have gone smoother. After a week’s worth of run around with Hagerstown Ford and them not being able to get me an AWD with black interior and sunroof, I found exactly what I was looking for and more at Keystone. We were greeted immediately and after a few minutes we met Bill Sherman. We let him know what year, price range and low mileage. Two days later we returned to Keystone Ford and test drove a 2015 Ford Fusion. Loved the car so i put a down payment and within 15 minutes i was approved and drove home the car that evening. Bill requested that i come in and go to "Fusion school" the next day for a quick lesson since my last car was a 2000 VW JETTA TDi....WHAT AN UPGRADE!! The Quick Lane service center is anything BUT quick. 2&1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Adding insult to injury was the $39+ charge to clean the battery terminals. Definitely got raped & pillaged on that one. Needless to say that will be the last time I use their Quick Lane.
Had a good experience working with Steve and Casey. They put me in the truck I wanted with a payment I can live with. Was disappointed with the Quick service when I used it the first time with my prior truck. I just may give them one more shot at it with an oil change sometime.
The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I was got my state inspections and oil changed. I arrived a little early so I dropped the car off. They let me know when it would be done. I was able to pick it up after the service department had closed and the transaction was smooth
I have been a customer with Keystone Ford since I was 18...its where I bought my first car...I'm now 49. Clayton Black sold me a mustang when I was 18...Keystone has always been true to their word and always goes above and beyond...thank you Clayton and Frank for such amazing service over the years...I love my newest purchase 2016 Ford fusion
