great place nice ppl good deals
Just bought my third Vehicle at Keystone Ford. Yet another fantastic experience! Tony Eckenrode was a wonderful salesman. Friendly, Accommodating, Informative and Courteous. Not to mention MJ and Sam where also great. Will definitely go back for my next one. Another satisfied customer!! 😊
Had my SUV at the dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with Rich K. He was truly amazing! Women understand the fear of walking into a dealership and expecting to be treated differently than a man. Rich made the experience wonderful! He was excellent at explaining things, treated me with respect, and had such a positive attitude. Rich knows his stuff and he surely knows customer service! Highly recommend!

Great service on the car, plus they were willing to take me home and come back and pick me up. I didn't have to sit there for 4-5 hours. I really appreciated that.
RecommendedReliable service, a bit expensive, but noise from rear differential is gone and found a spring installed in rear brake(installed somewhere else) was backwards and rubbing abs cone making high pitched squeal. Also replaced passenger side air bag inflator(Takata recall) do I feel better about that! Thank you. Dave Coover
I bought a 2014 Ford Focus from them and ever since I’ve had nothing but issues with that car. Issues that mysteriously my warranties don’t cover. Lots of transmission issues and everything and anything in between. They straight up sold me a lemon.
Service area can’t fix a 2012 fusion ac problem but instead put 2 new tries on and balance them for $700.00 but sales area is great !!!
