We were greeted immediately and after a few minutes we met Bill Sherman. We let him know what year, price range and low mileage. Two days later we returned to Keystone Ford and test drove a 2015 Ford Fusion. Loved the car so i put a down payment and within 15 minutes i was approved and drove home the car that evening. Bill requested that i come in and go to "Fusion school" the next day for a quick lesson since my last car was a 2000 VW JETTA TDi....WHAT AN UPGRADE!! I bought a Hyundai Elantra almost two years ago and have had nothing but problems with since...especially with the brakes/tires. I've had to dish out countless dollars for repairs in one form or another. Granted...it was the ONLY car I had to chose from...but a safer car would've been nice considering I drive children around in it. Love the staff...hate the car. Hi, Sorry did not writ sooner, busy, busy. Would like to Thank Rich Knott very much for his fast service on our air conditioner ion our RV. The service was prompt, professional, and friendly. I was got my state inspections and oil changed. I arrived a little early so I dropped the car off. They let me know when it would be done. I was able to pick it up after the service department had closed and the transaction was smooth
