Stopped in yesterday to talk to the service dept regarding my on-going Focus issues. I had the best experience with a service dept I’ve ever had. Currently have been using another dealership and couldn’t get even a conversation after 9 visits!! Michelle was so professional and she actually allowed me to talk and she listened. I bought a Hyundai Elantra almost two years ago and have had nothing but problems with since...especially with the brakes/tires. I've had to dish out countless dollars for repairs in one form or another. Granted...it was the ONLY car I had to chose from...but a safer car would've been nice considering I drive children around in it. Love the staff...hate the car.
