I recently bought a 2019 Ford Edge and the experience couldn’t have gone smoother. After a week’s worth of run around with Hagerstown Ford and them not being able to get me an AWD with black interior and sunroof, I found exactly what I was looking for and more at Keystone. Stopped by yesterday afternoon and was really interested in a vehicle they had on the lot. I waited and waited for a salesman to appear, but no one came out and offered assistance so we left. I guess I’ll stick with Honda. I’m sad because I really liked that vehicle. I truly appreciate non pushy sales people, but this was just bad customer service .
