RecommendedI met today with Jack Alexander to test drive a 2016 Ford Fusion. During the test drive I fell in love with the car. after returning we sat down and this evening I am walking away with a new car.

Bought my car from them a year ago and the transmission blew. Its been 3 weeks and they have not bothered to even look at my car yet, and wont give me a loaner. Every time I try to call its like absolutely no one works in the service department. Im lucky if some answers the phone. They told me last Tuesday they were getting my car in the shop in the next day or 2 and still havent bother to touch it. Our salesman Nick Bunting was excellent in dealing with my wife and I. He showed an abundance of patience in dealing with our pickieness. He was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed his demonstration on the self parking feature! Nick and the team at Keystone Ford made us feel like family.
