I walked in to schedule an appointment on a Monday, and was able to be seen the very next morning at 8:00 am. The service manager, Michelle, was extremely accommodating to my schedule. She was also about to fit in an oil change as well. At the end of our conversation she advised me there was a recall for a part on my truck. She already ordered the replacement part and would call when it was in. Excellent customer service!

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the great customer service we received from Stacy the Service Manager. He made sure to take the time to really dig in and find a resolution to our ongoing issue with our vehicle we purchased from Keystone Ford. He also made sure to keep me involved and updated with the status and progress as they worked through everything and made sure we were taken care of while our vehicle was out of service. Michele in the service department is great. However, the manager was not helpful at all. The Ford warranty had expired by 20 days and/or 400 miles. There was a problem reported prior to the warranty expiring. Keystone said the repaired was made. It came back and Keystone nor Ford would stand behind the faulty diagnosis. This is what Stacy the service manager told me. Come to find out Ford will replace the whole transmission at no cost to me.
