Found the Escape that i wanted, love it. Everyone involved was great. I'm just waiting on my car key, only was one with the car i bought.
Jeremy the sales person was great but the rest of the dealership was hardly average. The finance manager ruined my experience when he insisted that I buy all these ridiculous insurance policies that weren't necessary and way too expensive if the car is any good to start with. Customer lounge is inadequate compaired to other dealerships.
Jim and Casey are both good, trustworthy people. I walked in and told them what I needed and walked out with the truck of my dreams. You guys rock.
I had a great experience! Jeff and Sam were super helpful. And....they didn't tell me to leave and come back when my husband was with me (That's what Fitzgerald Auto Mall did). I left with a great car and great support!
Just had an awesome experience buying a used truck from Keystone. Jim and Casey were very helpful and friendly. We got a good deal and enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended.
