Have bought 3 cars there. No complaints anywhere. (Love the popcorn and Clayton Black, that crazy commercial guy)
After having them check the ford escape we purchased, they gave us an estimate of $1,000. We took it to our personal mechanic and it took $16 to fix the problem. They are liars.
The staff is very professional and willing to go the extra mile to help people. I owe you a huge than you to Frank B. and the financial team!
I have had nothing but problems with my escape since I bought it from them. Even the day I test drove it there was a problem. They had the manager drive it and said they didn't hear anything. Only until I said I wasn't buying it if they didn't fix it was when I got somewhere. Two weeks later I hear the same noise take it to my garage to find out they never fixed the problem just rigged it so I wouldn't hear the noise anymore. Literally the worst buying experience ever! Very disappointed by the service we received. I have not been happy since we bought our Explorer 2 years ago but this week the engine went out. Darien in the service dept has been very nice but dealing with Sam has been anything but pleasant. My initial phone call with him didn't go well at all the second went better he seemed willing to work with us and said he could get us in something else for about what we're paying now. Well at first i thought the buying process was excellent. Until i got the down payment ready and scheduled and appointment with them to finish paperwork. I get a call the next day from the salesman saying that the car has been sold out from under me. I will never again deal with a dealership that you cant even trust everythimg that they advertise for customer service is nothing but a joke. Mike took the time to explain all the features of the Escape Titanium and endured my wife's test driving the SUV..*L* He was very pleasant and a joy to work with. Went in for an oil change and was told my tires and brake linings were fine. Went in for a state inspection 20 days later and was told I needed all new brakes and tires in order to pass inspection. This place is shady. They commit sham practices. All they care about is money, not the customer. I will never go back again and I will tell my family and friends to never visit this dealership.
Best experience buying our car there. Jim and all the staff there, were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealership!
