Work as fast as snails traveling through a salt flat. On top of that our car is almost 2 years old and I still haven't got my rebate yet. Like, really?!?
We had a excellent experience at Keystone Ford. Our salesman was Tucker. He provided us with professional and friendly service. This was our first brand new vehicle in 38 years. We are thrilled with our new F150 and the special care Tucker and Casey gave us during our purchasing process. They are A+ employees in our book! Went into Keystone looking for a new vehicle. From the moment I sat down with Scott I felt like what I wanted was being heard. He wrote down what I wanted and didn’t want. They didn’t have what I wanted in their lot but they took the time to go through other Ford dealers stock and found the vehicle I was looking for. Everyday Scott would let me know what was going on; either by calling, emailing, or even texting. They even had a driver drive to pick it up and drive it to Keystone. Took my Escape in for its 15,000 and oil change to their Quick Lane. This is not the first time I have been here and every time its been a great experience - fast and efficient. Very personable staff and always friendly not to just myself but to everyone that enters since I tend to wait on my car when getting serviced.
