Tony Eckenrode best salesman ever!
The Quick Lane service center is anything BUT quick. 2&1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Adding insult to injury was the $39+ charge to clean the battery terminals. Definitely got raped & pillaged on that one. Needless to say that will be the last time I use their Quick Lane.
Had a good experience working with Steve and Casey. They put me in the truck I wanted with a payment I can live with. Was disappointed with the Quick service when I used it the first time with my prior truck. I just may give them one more shot at it with an oil change sometime.
What an amazing experience. Very professional, knowledgeable soft spoken people. Dan, Shana and Tucker you are the definition of what a car dealership should be. I recently just purchased my FIRST car all on my own! I had been in search of a Ford Fusion for over two years and had gone to 4 different Ford dealerships including, Malloy in Winchester VA, Hagerstown Ford, Ford in Sterling. Keystone Ford by far was the best! I was nervous to make such a huge commitment such as my first car, however the sales team at Keystone took such good care of me! They made the car buying process actually enjoyable! Clint was amazing and really worked hard to get me everything I wanted!
