Russ was great to work with!!
We drove 10 hours round trip to purchase a 2011 Suburban 2500. Russ Cacciola took my original call and handled this out of state purchase with perfection from start to finish! Russ personally took additional pictures and provided every detail to assure us there would be no surprises when we arrived. We had used another dealership, for the past 10 years, and had become completely dissolutioned by the lack of support and follow through. Going to Keystone and dealing with Shana, to purchase our new F150, was a complete and total breath of fresh air. Our family will drive the distance, from Hagerstown, to use Keystone Ford again.
