Mitch helped us sell our old home and buy a new one in 2018. For both jobs, he went above and beyond what is required of a realtor. He physically went to city hall for us to confirm an issue with a permit, negotiated pricing on both homes aggressively on our behalf, and put us in touch with great contacts for home inspection, escrow and repairs. Kevin and Kollin did an incredible job helping me to find the perfect home, get it for the right price, and provided support all the way through escrow. My situation was not typical, and they were able to find me the perfect lender to get my loan approved at an excellent interest rate.
