The majority of the real estate agents I've encountered focus on volume, in lieu of quality for the client. Contrarily, Kevin treated our sale as we wanted, with understanding that this is our life savings. He achieved top dollar return, and went above and beyond with customer service. An example of this is, In the midst of the chaotic house sale, I inadvertently locked myself outside of the house once. He immediately met me at my house to provide me with keys. Mitch helped me find the perfect home. He was very knowledgeable and diligent throughout the entire process. We have seen Kevin Hill's open house signs and listing around the Lake Forest area for the past few years, knowing that he has vast knowledge of this area we signed with him for the sale of our home.
