He is a very persistent negotiator and did a great job of representing me and counseling me on my negotiating position. Mitch, Kevin, and their team helped me through the whole process of purchasing my first home. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process as well as provide helpful information and advice along the way. Mitch would keep me informed of any new properties which matched my criteria and would work around my schedule to arrange viewings. The process of selling our home with Kevin was overall a good experience. He was responsive, professional, and of great help when negotiations started. The pictures taken by his photographer were outstanding. His marketing approach was effective. He was always ready to do an open house when asked. The only negative I may have was an unrealistic pricing of our home at first. We did lower the price several times to come to a reasonable market price, but we lost several weeks in the process.

Mitch was awesome! We weren’t the easiest of buyers and we were very picky, Mitch showed us house after house and kept his cool when I wasn’t the nicest guy. Even when we weren’t sure that we were going to buy a home he offered to help in anyway he could. So when my wife and I ended finding our home at a random open house after ending our search we gave Mitch a call to help us navigate our first home purchase.
