This is the second time we've partnered with Kevin to sell our home. We thought we were impressed the first time, when he sold it for full asking price in one week. Kevin helped us sell our house . He helped negotiate on both sides by trying to stay on top of the multiple challenges that the lender kept throwing our buyer's way. He worked well with me to get everything done in a timely manner in order for the buyer's escrow to close on time. Was very knowledgeable. We have seen Kevin's signs in the neighborhood for years, so when it came time to sell our house we decided to use him. I would recommend Kevin Hill to anyone trying to sell their home. He and his team did an excellent job of setting us up for a successful sale including pictures, staging, advertising and open house events. He even let us use his moving van for some furniture moving. He is very professional, experienced and a great guy to deal with throughout the home sales cycle.
