We can not say enough about our experience with Kollin Hill and Kevin Hill! We met Kollin about 6 months before we wanted to put our home on the market and told him we would contact him about a month prior to wanting to list it. Kevin Hill is THE BEST!!! Our house is a tough one to sell. My husband hired his agent to sell our house. It sat on the market for more than 6 months with no single offer. Kollin was very helpful in selling our Condo and also helpful in helping us find out new home. We are grateful for his work as well as all those that helped get us our new home. Kevin Hill was referred to me by a friend who had used his services in the past. I am so thankful I used Kevin and his team to sell my home. I had tried to sell it a couple of years ago with a different realtor and it was a nightmare so I took it off the market. Kevin and his team guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible. Working with Kollin was a breeze. Every step of the way, he was always available and quick to respond with knowledgeable answers and results. He was always accommodating and very pleasant to work with. It's a stressful business buying a house and going through all the paperwork, but he made it very easy, fun and before we knew it - we owned a home. We would definitely recommend Kollin and would certainly welcome working with him again should the need ever arise.

Kollin did an amazing job getting my family and I into our home. He really listens to what is important during the property search which really helps the process. I've other agents send me a generic list of properties in the past but Kollin helped so much with his personalized selections that you could tell he selected just for me. He made the entire process painless and even when there were other bidders for the property he made sure I won and got the place. I will never use anyone else in real estate.
