The process for selling our home went smoothly. However when it came to the buying process it was issue after issue. It was due to the selling agent and escrow company. Mitch and his team were just awesome. I live far away from the property I was selling and they took care of many details and minor repairs for me. They prevented me from making huge and costly mistakes- explained everything- sometimes more than once. I got $10K above asking price in a difficult market!! They were always just a text or phone call away- as was their entire staff. I can not say enough good things about the team at Mitch Hill and Berkshire Hathaway!!
