Mitch was absolutely amazing! The communication from first contact to after closing was prompt, and constant. The listing was awesome, the pictures and marketing for it were unbelievable, as was the promotional information provided! Kollin came highly recommended to me after some disappointing experiences with other agents. I have to say Kollin repeatedly went above and beyond my expectations. Kollin and his team are great. He successfully helped us negotiate a great deal on our first home in a very competitive market. With regards to communication, he is always available to talk. This team seemed to be on top of everything at all times - he never skipped a beat. Buying a home can be extremely stressful and Kollin was there the entire time to take much of that stress away. He has a lot of knowledge and skill and I highly recommend him to all.
Mitch helped us sell our family home of 25+ years in Diamond Bar. Our home was not an easy sell because there were no home sales in our neighborhood that were sold for over 800k. Even though Mitch works mostly in Orange County he still had a tremendous knowledge of our neighborhood and we felt comfortable he would sell our home.
