We initially discussed the market value range for our home with four agents, but Kevin was the only one who gave us a suggested list price that was consistent with what I felt our home was worth. The other three weren't even close, and so I feel that he clearly demonstrated a much better knowledge of how to price a home and negotiate aggressively for a seller. Kevin was the perfect Realtor to sell our home for us. Very good at marketing, but not so "salesy" that he turns people off. Very knowledgeable about pricing, and had all the right contacts (handy man, termite, etc.). He does so much volume that the people he refers want to make him and his customers happy. Masterful on the nogotiaring side. We sold in a week's time over asking price... highly recommended.
