We initially discussed the market value range for our home with four agents, but Kevin was the only one who gave us a suggested list price that was consistent with what I felt our home was worth. The other three weren't even close, and so I feel that he clearly demonstrated a much better knowledge of how to price a home and negotiate aggressively for a seller. Kevin was the perfect Realtor to sell our home for us. Very good at marketing, but not so "salesy" that he turns people off. Very knowledgeable about pricing, and had all the right contacts (handy man, termite, etc.). He does so much volume that the people he refers want to make him and his customers happy. Masterful on the nogotiaring side. We sold in a week's time over asking price... highly recommended.
Kevin and his team were professional and efficient. My home sold in less than a week, and the entire process went smoothly. I chose Kevin because he's been specializing in Lake Forest residential sales for at least as long as I've lived here - nearly thirty years! Lots of agents have come and gone in that time, but he is one of the few who've stood the test of time.
Without Kevin the transaction on the property was at risk. Even with the selling party having representatives on the east and west coast Kevin was able to guide everyone through the process in a complicated situation.
