Kevin is amazing! After 3 months of trying to use a useless, inexperienced family friend who got NO results; Kevin took over and sold our house in a week and a 1/2. He then listed and sold our buyers house in 1 day. He, literally, made this whole transaction happen - we are very thankful to him!!!

Poor Communicator and tells to be front loaded - Very defensive behavior when immediate results are not achieved. Poor weekly updates and relys only on price drops. Good on marketing but did not pass thru to results. Exaggerated his knowledge and expertise of the area

You called me after firing your first agent in less than a month. In less than a month of our agreement, I called you to say that I was cancelling our contract. You yelled at me that I couldn't cancel the listing and I said I did not think we were a good fit. Just look at the other reviews of mine and your statements do not match with anyone else's review. You were demanding, insulting, unrealistic and condescending to my staff and I.
my previous realtor listed my home for 6 months no results or offers. after dropping my price many times! I called kevin got my home in escrow in 30 days. WOW! but his reputation speaks for its self

Our experience was great. Everything was handled quickly, and with a minimum of stress. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be very stressful, but Kevin make us fell very comfortable through the whole process.
All I can say is that I am glad I finally decided to go with Kevin for selling my home. Our circumstances were complicated by some unfortunate personal circumstances which complicated the purchase of a home.
