I would highly recommend using Kevin Hill. I actually ended up working with his son Mitch Hill and I was really impressed with his honesty, knowledge and expertise. This was my first time buying a home and he walked me through the process patiently and helped me through every step of the way. He was quick to answer emails, texts, and phone calls. He also has a moving truck that he lets you use which was a big help!
Be cautious: My husband and I were referred to Kevin. I don't know why he has so many wonderful reviews.. he probably paid for them. My husband and I are first time buyers and we were very excited to find our dream home. We told Kevin what we were looking for but he did more talking than listening. He showed up to 3 appointments late, and was dressed sloppy. His lack of communication kept us waiting and we felt like he wasn't listening or caring about our needs. Kollin, was absolutely Wonderful to work with! My husband and I were moving all the way from Kentucky to California.
