I originally hired another agent to sell my home. After 3 months of little showing I realized all he did was put it on the MLS and did nothing else so I switched to Kevin. Kevin was able get me a lot of showings and found a buyer in about a week. I would recommend Kevin to my friends because he does what a good listing agent should be doing which is to bring a lot of showings through good network, good marketing, good advertising and realtor tools that are available.
Kevin Hill performed the impossible! I don't for sure but I suspect selling my house, from listing to closing escrow, was the most difficult transaction he has encountered in his decades of experience in the real estate industry. I knew it would be challenging, which is why Kevin was my only choice, but neither of us knew just how challenging it would be. If not for Kevin, my house would be in foreclosure. He's absolutely the best! He exceeded my expectations. Kevin-I am forever grateful!!
