Kern schools definitely takes customer service seriously. We ran into some delays when it came time to close on our new house and for a few days it looked like we weren't going to close until Christmas eve. After reaching out to them, I was contacted by several managers and was assured that they would make our loan a priority and believe me, they did. You can't get through on the phone. You press 6 to talk to someone, then 3, and it routs you back to the beginning. Just need to get another payment book, and can't talk to a live person. The customer service sucks.

Unfortunately this web site does not allow zero stars. KSFCU is an absolute joke. Closed my accounts and have nothing to do with them now or on the future.
I just want to express how much I love this bank!!! We have moved out of state and I refuse to switch to a different account! Fantastic customer service from 1000 miles away is greatly appreciated!
I'm 3 generation at this bank and my son is 4th. My grandmother started her account when you guys were still in the basement.
I'm very unhappy with their no hat / sunglasses policy. I went in the coffee and olive branch today and was asked to remove my hat, I did and want happy about it. Being the teller had my ID and account number and I was depositing a escrow check I would think I could put my hat back on. When I had gotten really pissed off is when I was able to take pictures of two guys doing their banking with different tellers and both had their hats on. I asked why is it okay for them and not I?
