Such a dissapointment I had never meet a bank that DISCRIMINATE agains people like this bank, they asked me for my ID's I gave them to them and their representative in Bakersfield said they couldn't accept my ID because I have TPS. And their representative Katie Best just look at my husband who is white with blue eyes and told him the he could open the account if he wanted.... I sold a neighbor a lawn mower. I went in to cash the check that was drawn on KSFCU, It took 10 minutes at the window. It should have taken less than 2 minutes. First the guy doubted the signature, I said call the number on the check to confirm it. he said they don't do that. He then walked away for another 5 minutes to confer with his manager.
