They make the mistake and we get to pay two payments instead of one. They wouldn't even try to help or make a compromise to make it right. Just an "oops we are sorry" Will be moving our accounts from this credit union to a different CU or a bank as soon as possible.
The worst Credit Union I have ever dealt with in my forty years of owning a home. One star was too good of a rating. I refied my home with KSFU about 2 years ago. I have to get cashiers checks and postal certified of mailing every month to prove I make my payment on time. It takes over 10 days for them to process payments. Their personnel are the most are unqualified to do their job.
What a FREAKING shame!!! KSFCU is now going to put a $5 monthly charge if you do NOT do one of the following EVERY month! 1) at least >>12<< transactions/month on your check visa card 2) enrollment in eStatements 3) direct deposit. GRRRRR!!!! I have been with them OVER 20yrs! time to go to Chase Bank!!!!
It is 1-2-17 and this credit union does not acknowledge the monthly electronic deposit by CALPERS that is VALID on the first of the month. I cannot be the only client who gets State of Calif paycheck on the first of the month that has been frozen by this neanderthal banking system. This is the computer age and obviously KSFCU does not know how to make computers work without an employee being there. DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNITON
My auto deposits were supposed to be in my account Dec 30 or 31, 2016. KS DID NOT let those deposits go through and now are CLOSED today. Sooooo when my online payments are considered "late" I will be looking to KS to pay any late fees.
Your employee Hilary Appleby is a hateful disgusting woman. She should be fired immediately.
