Because I can’t give them 0 stars. Maintenance at the beginning of the month and still not up after 9:00a.m.
Why would you schedule Datanet "maintenance" at the beginning of the month (31st-3rd) when people need to pay bills with bill pay or access accounts when they have just been paid. I hope KSFCU is paying everyone's late fees on bills that can't be paid until after the 3rd!!!
If I could give you a negative , I would. My husbands card was blocked due to an apparent compromise. While we appreciated the protection, when we called you promised to mail a replacement card, which never came. We had to call again to finally have you mail a replacement card. Then the kicker was your recent system and software changers, which are beyond absurd. $30 for an expedited bill pay transaction. I liked this credit union up until they reconfigured Datanet. It is more time consuming to bring up a month's transactions. When you do get them up and copy and paste them to MS Word to verify transactions, it takes 25 pages instead of the 10 it used to take. And if I opt to print it instead.. WOW 25 pages. I am seriously considering doing my main checking at Kern Federal Credit Union! They should have done a beta test with customers before "casting the changes in stone"!
This is the only Credit Union I know that charges a monthly service fee for a checking account.
