This is my current bank and the website or mobile app goes down constantly, me and my wife have separate card numbers and a couple times a year we get our card numbers compromised and it seems to always happen on a weekend or during maintenance window hours. When you need to speak to someone no one is available so you have to call during business hours, so in my opinion stay away... I definitely need to go elsewhere after the latest issues.

Awful this bank kept sending me notices saying my balance was zero and still a member got these for years hadnt had an account with them since 2008. Went down to panama location to open my account again and talk about a nightmare wow i was shuffled from line to line to line and after paying several fees i had to wait again for a loan officer who by the way spent 30 minutes wat hing the line grow and she talks to the branch manager a man with his own office i then wait another 30 minutes only to be treated like trashh and hav... read more

Been in line for an hour and half in members service, get to the tellers and they informed me they can't make me a card because system is rebooting. For reals
