KSFCU was great about 5 years ago, but now they are terrible. Their online banking website and app were "updated" from versions that worked well, to the current versions that are difficult to use and not as reliable.

Susan Gonzalez was so nice! She was helpful, quick to respond and she explained everything about my loan flawlessly. I have been with them since 2013 and have never had a bad experience. What a great bank!

I wasn't sent a letter for one of their credit cards stating that I was pre-approved when I applied I was told that I didn't qualify. why sent a letter if they are not going to do it!
Everyone is so professional, thoughtful, kind and patient. They opened an account for me my family thirty five years ago. I didn’t even have a local address but needed a loan to move here from out of state. They were so understanding and helpful.
The supposed ‘update’ has kept me from checking my balance online for months. It’s the biggest problem I have with them. Its MY MONEY. It’s scary and ridiculous, I’m starting to wonder why I even give my money to them. I’m going to start saving money in a coffee can.
