In as busy as all of our lives are and as automated as our lives are you would think that keen schools would be able to take a fraudulent claim over the phone. However, they do not. You are expected to physically make time out of your schedule to go down to Kern schools to stand in line to make a fraudulent claim to sign papers wait for them to get back to you and hope they take it off of your account very disappointed in this bank.
Overall no good. If your looking for a credit union go to Kern Federal Credit Union!! Do your research.

I have been a member of Kern schools since 1993 and have had the worst experience this week. Ever since your big upgrade at the end of March my mobile app has not worked!!! I’ve been on the phone 6 times and even went to my branch and had the assist branch manger try to help me!!! Nobody will call me back. This is ridiculous if this is not resolved by next Friday I am moving all my accounts. Also why not add your management emails to your website so we can contact them for help.. please don’t send me some half hearted respon... read more
