I wish I could give them ----POOR! The more this credit union grows, the more problems we have with them! Last I went into my local branch on Chester in Bakersfield, even some of their clerks were impolite and quite snippy! One of them even said to me "I just told you that"! with a tone of voice that, if she were my kid, I would have grounded her for 6 months!
So far I have had great experience with Kern schools the one thing that I hate the most is going to the branch on panama and the ATM won't expect a cash deposit. Monday's don't even try!!! I went this am thinking I should be alright and I was wrong. I'm thinking about switching banks just because of this issue.
My Father passed away on April 2. KSFCU repossessed his car on April 28. He didn't owe any payments on the car until June. I spoke with Juan and he did not even let me know that he was going to take the car. He asked me where it was and I told him it was at the dealership getting repaired. I was not given the opportunity to turn the car into the bank. I liked this bank until they wanted to start charging it's members $5 per month for their checking account. The requirements to have it waived are direct deposit, 12 card transactions, and e-statements. I meet 2 of the criteria but when I called in to cancel my account the lady at the call center showed no concern on retaining my business so I will be moving my money to Kern FCU.
