School is good to learn and to earn
I am standing in line with 20 other people and ONE teller is open. (Panama Lane)
I have money tied up with them. Money deposited in ATM over a week ago, check has cleared my other bank account but yet they have a hold on the money. Called Thursday telling them that I need the money released that we will be going out of town and here it is 10 hours prior to us leaving and I have yet to see the money or receive a return phone call. Bad communication and bad business practices.
BEWARE. I just got an automated SCAM call to my cell phone saying my debit card is locked and to press #1 to get connected to someone from my bank who would help me. It was from 312-465-1642. I checked this number out on-line and this is happening all over the USA. Warning. Hang up and block the number.
