I had a recent problem with my Fujitsu heat pump making a noise. Pat came to replace the fan mechanism but once he started to remove the fan he noticed there was actually a piece of packing material that he determined was the cause of the noise. He removed the material and tested the heat pump several times with no noise. Pat was actually one of the original installers and is always both professional and courteous.
I have worked with Kerivan-Lane for a number of years, and they were the natural place to turn to to install a mini-split system in our house. The technician did a thorough job during the day of installation, and to our mind, did an excellent job. Rick, the salesperson, was always contactable and answered all our questions when ever we had them. We are quite happy with the results.

I have used Kerivan-Lane over the years (5 or 6 times?) for repair issues with heating/plumbing. I have never had an issue with their ability to successfully complete the repair. I don't have much to say about their pricing...I have never thought it was out of line, but like most plumbing and heating repairs it is not cheap. I've found that they typically need a days notice to come out (perhaps if it was an emergency that would be different). Customer service at Kerivan-Lane is outstanding. I called them on Tuesday morning with concern that our oil might run a little low because we started heating our basement. My phone call was greeted with kindness and wonderful customer service. I know many people who are using online oil delivery because they thought it might have been cheaper, but can’t get anyone to deliver oil or even return a phone call! First 5 months in a new build home and the furnace is in the attic...no basement...and I was unable to reach the builder or the heating company who put the furnace in...Saturday...holiday weekend...temps have not been above 10 degrees. Pipe froze..I get my propane from Kerivan-Lane so I called them. They came right away and got us heat!! Great company! Highly recommend!!
