We ran out of cold water on a Saturday morning. We called Kerivan-Lane and they called us back within just a few minutes and we had a repairman (Pat) at our house very quickly. Pat was helpful, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. The repair required a new part and would have to wait. Kerivan-Lane is absolutely wonderful to work with. In this heatwave, we were able to get Rob Grasso to come to our house the same morning we called to repair our central air conditioning system. I was sure on a holiday week we would have to wait several days for assistance, but they delivered. Rob was extremely prompt, professional and thorough. So grateful for Kerivan-Lane and commend their top notch customer service. They always deliver.
We have used Kerivan-Lane for many years. Tony was here last week for routine maintenance of our heating and cooling systems. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. He explained what he was doing at each step and he addressed some issues I brought to his attention. Couldn't have asked for more.
We've had a long-standing service contract with Kerivan-Lane and have never had a problem. We went to them for the installation of a new central AC system and they did a great job. They offered clear advice on several options, and the prices were very competitive. They showed up on the projected date and completed the work within 48 hours. They were professional, courteous and did an excellent clean-up. It's only been 5 days since the unit was installed, but everything seems to be just great.

Service was provided quickly after making a call with my plumbing issue. The plumber that arrived was on time, friendly, finished his work in a timely manner, and seemed to do a great job! I would highly recommend Kerivan-Lane for plumbing work and will certainly use them again next time I need a plumber!!
Very responsive. Recently had my furnace cleaned. The technician was polite and friendly. Did the job and left the area cleaner than when he started! Great experience.
