It was our first time using Kerivan Lane and we feel so thankful that we now have our plumbing, heating and a/c company sorted. RecommendedWe had Peter come on Wednesday afternoon to do our annual tuneup. He arrived very promptly, did his work quietly in the cellar and told us that everything was in good working condition, clean, etc. and needed no further attention. We were. Sry pleased with his service.
Ive used K&L for almost 40 years. The Techs are first rate. All the issues Ive had have been promptly addressed. and resolved. I would recommend K&L to anyone. This is a first rate company
As someone who was a general contractor when I built my house, I have dealt w many many plumbers, electricians, framers etc. my experience with KL was by the most thorough and professional experience to date. I have had two other companies come to look at this project and I will say that KL will be getting my business. Thank you for the experience thus far.
Kerivan Lane responded quickly to my call , and Andrew found the issue right away and showed me what the problem was. It was a most inexpensive part and an easy fix. The unit was up and running within 15 minutes. Great and friendly service, thank you!
I called Kerivan-Lane around noontime because my heat wasn't working. They had Andrew there in about an hour! He was knowledgeable and figured out the problem quickly. I'm happy. I called Kerivan-Lane after 5:00 recently because my heat stopped working. Tom was there in an hour and fixed it. He recommended a tune-up which I had been a bit lax on this year.
