They are always available whenever I need a plumber. They come when they are scheduled and get the work done. All the plumbers are friendly and efficient. I have also had to use their after hours emergency service. I never have to stress on finding a plumber that will return my call. I switched over to Kerivan-Lane for the exceptional plumbing service.
Ron came by the house, quickly diagnosed the heating system blower problem and repaired it. I was impressed by his professionalism, especially his willingness to explain what was wrong and how he repaired it. Furthermore, K-L services 3 homes that I own, because the entire service staff has serviced us without reason to seek an alternative provider.
I called Kerivan-Lane because of an issue with my oil burner. They had someone to my house within 15 minutes. I have had both Joseph and Robert do work. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. We have always been very happy with any service from this company.
My tenants’ water heater died this week so I rang Kerivan Lane who got to me very promptly and sent Peter who has done a lot of work at my house. Peter is the consummate professional : apart from completing the task, I know the place is going to be clean and tidy after he leaves and that there are not going to be any stray ends to pick up. He always checks in to summarize what he has done if I’m not around. Anyway my mind rests when Peter is on the job, no question about that
My husband and I are extremely disappointed in the service that we have received (or I suppose you could say *haven't* received) from Kerivan Lane. TL;DR: KL has been stringing us along for nearly two months, charged us for permits for work they didn't do, and now are refusing to do the work they agreed to unless we agree to get our oil from them. Peter A. and his assistant came to my house at the time appointed for a furnace tune up They were friendly, polite and efficient.They explained what they were doing and left the work area spotless. Great experience.
Very professional technicians. Extremely polite and helpful. I have been using them for many years and have been thoroughly satisfied.
Awesome worker, answered all my questions he knows what his is doing, he gives me a lot of advice.
