K-L has responsive and friendly customer service. We had an issue with our oil burner not lighting and the heat was off late in the evening on a cold night. We have a 90-year old living at home, so it was important we got prompt service for her sake. Sean had other calls to attend to that night, but after finishing up one service call 30 miles away, he came and was able to quickly ascertain and straighten out our problem. We've always been pleased with Kerivan-Lane services. 👍👍👍

Thomas M. is one of the finest technicians that I have ever hired. He had to work on an outdated Carrier furnace with many obstacles to overcome. He never gave up. I had been without heat for over a week during the coldest week of the year. He diagnosed the problem swiftly, called Carrier to make sure they had the part and installed one of the most difficult parts in order to get the job done to restore my heat. Kerivan-Lane is extremely helpful and fair in fees. I would never work with anyone else.
Thomas did a great job of fixing my shower head and toilet. He even checked out my heating vent louver it needs to be repaired. Quick speedy service.

Dave was right on time . He has been here before so he knows my idiosyncrasies. resolved my problem immediately, offered suggestions to prevent future problems (of my own making). Nice patient fellow.
Always responsive to my service requests. I recently lost heat. Ron came out this afternoon and clearly explained the issue and his solution. He fixed it within minutes! Very friendly and professional.
