This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The owner (********************) has been extremely rude during all communications. Check the other 1-star reviews by using the filter, many other customers have said they are constantly rude as well. It's also pretty obvious that they post their own 5-star reviews to offset their unhappy customers, so don't be fooled by their ****** review rating. Check out their reviews on Yelp - they are 99% negative. The oil is overpriced compared to competitors. The techs are mostly in the... read more

We have worked with *********************** ever since buying our home 7 years ago. They have always provided stupendous service whether it was helping replace our leaking water heater, replacing a faulty sump pump to maintenance work of our heating system and oil deliveries.All technicians we have worked with are great and professional.We have also had *********************** install mini ductless splitters throughout our house. We are so grateful for all they have done for us.

I found out there was a leak in our oil tank at 4:50pm on a Friday night. They came out within 20 minutes patched the tank, cleaned up all the oil and made arrangements for a new oil tank to be delivered and installed at 8am on Monday morning. It all went so smoothly - they took care of everything. I've been a customer for many years and they have ALWAYS been an amazing company. I was impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the *********************** team. A careful analysis of their proposal showed them to be highly competitive on price especially when you add in the associated costs from the necessary electrical contractor.

I recently needed to have my oil tank replaced and I contacted *********************** for a quote. In addition to the tank replacement, I wanted to have a double wall upright tank installed due to space considerations, and asked to have the fill pipe moved so I could enlarge my front steps and landing. I could not be happier with the results. We worked with *********************** this winter on having mini-split/heat pumps installed across all 3 levels of our **** house. The level of customer service was excellent, particularly around the support we needed to navigate the convoluted MassSave loan and rebate process. I highly recommend ***********************!

We signed up for their fixed-rate home oil special in September 2021, at a rate of $2.799/gallon through 5/1/22. Between September and February, they added about 75 gallons to our tank on a consistent basis. Then, when prices increased, they stopped delivering oil. We contacted them several times requesting delivery. Instead, they sent a tech to our house unannounced to measure our tank. *********************** honored the new customer contract and provided the oil during the contract period at the contract price. The customer did NOT run out of fuel and at the time we measured the tank they had 65 gallons in the tank. The customer was trying to pressure us to fill the tank so that they would have fuel to use beyond the contract period. It started well. Keith helped me when we had no oil in the middle of winter but unfortunately the auto service didn’t go well as I was charged nearly double my neighbor family of 8 who also has a bigger house. Technician came to check the efficiency but it didn’t work at all and we were charged the same.
