Kerivan Lane installed our new boiler last week and they did an amazing job from start to finish! Peter installed the boiler and did a great job. Very professional! Kerivan Lane gave us wonderful service and were always there to walk us through the process and help in any way they could. They also looked to see what rebates we could get by installing the new boiler. Can't see enough good things about this company!!

I appreciate the customer service from Paul my delivery man. I messed up not once but twice by not keeping my dogs inside during my scheduled delivery. He was kind enough to come back and I appreciate that.
Just had Patrick put in an on demand water heater. Can't say enough about this guy. Besides being an absolute professional, he was a great young man. His work was impeccable and was neat as can be. Kerivan Lane has always given us the best of the best services no matter what we needed. Love working with family businesses! 5 stars all day long!

On separate occasions I had issues with my central AC unit and heating unit. It was the middle of winter when my heating unit needed to be replaced. Ron Reitz was very prompt in getting to my house to evaluate the issue and replace the unit, in a foot of snow. I then joined the Kerivan-Lane monthly service plan, which put me at ease to know I will get excellent and prompt service when my next issue comes about. I highly recommend Kerivan-Lane.
