I had service from Rob on a few occasions for our AC and plumbing. Always knowledgeable, gets the work done and is really great to work with!
Had Paul out to my house yesterday to fill up the tank. Very professional. Got the tank filled up then inquired if he could have a look at the HWH to be sure it would fire (given the tank was so low). It fired and all we good. A great experience! Thanks Paul.

I want to send my complements and thanks to Kerivan Lane who installed our ductless AC Unit. With a special thanks to Tony who did the installation. Tony was professional, courteous and treated our home like his own. He went above and beyond by finishing the job in the rain and mud!
We have used Kerivan Lane for our two burners and have been extremely satisfied. K-L has a flexible market rate for oil and you can also "lock in" a price. Their advice has been helpful and they really try to give you a good oil price but the customer must keep in mind that they buy their supplies in advance and can't control the inevitable fluctuations in oil prices. My husband and I just purchased our first home in Framingham and were sent a "Welcome to the Neighborhood" letter from Kerivan-Lane. I have been doing some comparison shopping with other oil companies and have been MOST impressed by Keith Sloboda at Kerivan-Lane. Not only with his level of professionalism, but also depth of knowledge about the product and discounts they are currently offering. I am happy to say that Kerivan-Lane most certainly will have our business!
Had no heat when we woke up today...called Kerivan-Lane and discussed issue - less than 4 hours later, awesome Dave was here to rescue us, get the heat working again AND was nice, polite and professional in spite of having to walk up a very hilly snowcovered driveway to get to us...Thank you Dave..You ROCK! ..it is getting warmer in here by the minute!
