RecommendedI arrived at the dealer to view a truck I saw online. They pulled the truck around quickly and let me take a test drive after signing in. We haven't purchased a vehicle in over 14 years. In fact, I was dreading this purchase and have put it off for several months, but the minute we walked into Kentson, it was the best experience I've ever had with a major purchase. Chad was awesome! A great listener and understanding of all our concerns. Not only was he awesome, but the entire experience start to finish! We were in and out in less than 3 hours, we walked out owning our first new car ever!!! Way to go Kentson (and Chad)! Highly recommended!!!

Kentson Car Company is the best car dealership I’ve ever worked with. We had a “more difficult than your regular” transaction, that I feel they helped me navigate successfully. Simple, great experience buying a car here.
Slow to respond, lied about credit card company charges 4% so they would not take a cc for more than the deposit, CC companies do not charge that much, I know I have cc terminals. Did not tell me about a large deep scratch in the side, (transport guy saw it and noted in on transport form) only one key and no Ford factory door code so I can't use the keypad entry. The deal took 14 days from out of state, should have taken 5 max. Can't say I would buy from them again.
