I went into Kentson with an appt at 1. The car wasn’t ready. The salesman had an appt with someone else for the same time. And when I asked if there was anyone in the store who had a mask who could help me, the salesman said no. Since Kentson doesn’t care about my safety or the safety of its employees, I left.
These people are very rude and inconsiderate. I haven't even been a customer yet, but I will tell you that, after reading the reviews, I won't be visiting this lot. If you dare leave a less than stellar review for them, you have the wrath coming for you. After seemingly apologizing, they are turning your complaint/comment into why it's your fault and how horrible of a person you are. RecommendedBuying a car is stressful and takes a lot of time and energy. After looking online and in person at dealerships Kentson was hands down the cleanest, most helpful and efficient place we found. We purchased our van here and have been very pleased with their customer service and low-pressure atmosphere. Thanks Tanner and Kentson Car Company!
detail on my car was horrible. I've had to clean all inside windows because they were covered in water spots and ceiling looked like it had something sprayed on parts of it. the loan took forever and we weren't really kept in the loop well. also what dealership doesn't fill up the car with gas before they sell it. my van had 1/4 of a tank when I bought it.
Less than 15 minutes, just like they advertised. Straight-forward and professional. Great place to go when you’re in the market!

Saw vehicle from our insurance car buying option. Dealt with Indy Heaton. We are out of state buyers (in IL) that did not make a trip to the dealership. Indy was fabulous to work with. He is patient, diligent, quick to respond, and thorough. I highly recommend buying from this dealership. They handled having our vehicle shipped to us. Very prompt service!
