They were level with me and answered every question I had about pretty much anything. Not pushy at all and were very kind people wanting to help me out. They even found cars on other lots that interested me and I had many options to choose from. Scott Fritsche was an excellent person to work with.
I was recommended here, and so far it's been good the sales guy Jorge help me out a lot.
My experience was great thanks to the salesman that worked with me Breton Bess. A very professional and knowledgeable man, understood my needs exactly and gave me much needed and appropriate advice. Very friendly and respectful, too. I felt very relieved to have someone like Breton at my service and I am sure grateful for all the help. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

Lots of Ford dealers in this valley, DO NOT waste your time or money on this location!!! More specifically in their service department and definitely not with advisor, Curtis Gunby!!! I had an appointment at 11 a.m., arrived on time, waited for 15 minutes only to be told by Curtis that another customer, who had just walked in, was more important and he would get with me when he was done with her!! They were auesome. Had trouble getting the car from another dealership - they were very uncooperative and dishonest when we were trying to get this vehicle, however Ken Graff in American Fork worked hard and made it happen. Still working a few finale issues but very on top of it! Thanks to Paula and Rob.
