Worse experience ever! Terrible customer service. We spent all day there, we were pretty much approved and almost done, last minute they decided not to approve me. I was sooo pissed, angry, etc. wasted an entire day, for this?!!! Im never going to this dealership again. It is a waste of time! I went to another dealer in West Valley, got the truck I wanted, and for a better price. It felt like they did not care about us.
From the Sales Team all the way down to the Parts Department I'm overly impressed. The Ken Garff Group really cares about their employees. The store is clean, refreshments area is easily accessible, the employees are so respectful, and extremely helpful with all my vehicle needs. I will not buy from another dealership, nor will I take my vehicle to another service drive. Ken Garff Ford made what could have been a very stressful day, care free and easy. Thanks!
We have purchased 5 vehicles from you and have ALWAYS had great service. Not this last time.We recently purchased a new F350 truck and within 2 weeks we started having issues with the back up camera. First made an appointment the Friday before to take in on a Tuesday morning. When dropping off said that I was not in the system, but they would still take a look at it. This is an insult to all officers...they have to listen to horrific things everyday..Children who are crying because they have been abused, husbands and wives who have been told a loved one has been in a accident, killed or abused..How dare Ken Garff minimize this or put this officer on a billboard without his express permission...Ken Garff ...you have lost me as a potential customer.And I imagine you've lost more than customers...respect, common sense,and integrity. I can't believe that anyone in the marketing dept would think it would be a good idea to bash on officers to sell cars...and to use a photo of a local officer without his permission to do so. Disgusted.
