We were buying my daughter a new car for her birthday.Started out at Jerry Seiner Chevrolet,what a waste of 3 hrs.We finally left and ended up at Ken Garff,what a easy time is was.From test drive to out the door was 1 1/2 hours.We live 60 miles from the dealer and my wife wasn't with us.In order to get the car that day my wife had to sign some papers.So the salesman drove all the way to our house to finish the deal.
I always have had issues with that department. The sales team used to be great and they have gone down hill as well.
They sold me a 2017 Ford Edge fully loaded and I had to return it to the service department to get fixed for going into "limp" mode in less than 24 hours of owning it. It has now been about 2 months and they still haven't fixed the issue and this morning is the 5th time I have taken it to get repaired. I can't even get a rental car from them because they claim to have none available and they also refuse to get one from a rental car company. Their customer service gets worse and worse with each visit.

I have a problem with a check engine light and my mechanic told me that it was a dealer only part. When I called I was put on hold by the service department for 30 minutes. No one ever got back to me and when I called again the person at the front desk wanted to put me on hold again. I use to go to ken garff all the time to service fleet vehicles. But there are other places I will go. These guys just waste your time.
The service department was so friendly and courteous. While on our vacation, we had a tire go flat the day before we needed to drive home across the country. They repaired the tire for us at no cost and had plenty of refreshments for us while we waited. The complimentary fountain coke machine was awesome.
