Service advisor Troy is awesome, I had a really bad experience with a different service advisor (that no longer works there) and I wouldn’t be coming back if it weren’t for Troy. Super responsive, calls you back when he says he will, gives realistic time frames and update you should it change, without making you go weeks without knowing. The only reason I’m leaving four stars is because one of the receptionist, Karen was unprofessional and borderline rude when she answered the phone.
Travis in the service department is an awesome worker! I am very pleased with the customer service I have received from him. From now on I will be bringing my vehicles to Travis for everything! 5star review couldn’t be happier!!
