After having a horrific experience with these guys 2 years ago, someone told me to try again because "things have changed". The only things that changed here was they added a new coffee machine to the lobby. Shady managers giving insulting offers all to increase their bottom line. So glad I walked away from this place...and trust me, even if you are giving your cars away for free, I will never come back.

So, Ken Garff Ford in AF told me I need my back brakes replaced. I took my car to Mark at Precision Auto Repair in Orem, he told me I still have 18 mos to a 2 years left on all my brakes, and topped off my brake fluid for NO CHARGE! Made my day!
Awful customer service to say the least. I’ve had my 2014 focus ST ( 16,000 miles only on it) at the dealership now for about 4 weeks. It was diagnosed to be a wiring harness, so I told them let’s get it done. I go in a week later to pay, pay 2300$ for this repair ( when they recalled 160,000 of them just not my car I guess ) the lot tech brings it around front..
