Went in to buy a new car, and they really listened to what i was looking for, and I was able to find a car that I love, and really enjoy driving. they took good care of me. Bought used Acura here. I didn't dicker with the price one penny. The only thing I asked for was an owners manual. They said they could get me one but it would be $125. They told Me to go onto eBay and order one for $25-30. "We hear you" but don't car about making sure we find you an owners manual for you car. Get it yourself. ?
They're service is aweful. We took our brand new car in for stalling problems 3 month after we bought it. We took it in about a week later for the same thing. Ford tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it and that I was making it up. 2 weeks later my 2016 escape broke down and we had to get it towed. Then while the were fixing that problem they broke our hubcap and told us we could come get a new one in a week. We called and they told us they had it, but when we showed up they had lost it. The service was great but the ford vehicles I am disappointed. Bought 2008 3500 diesel. I have had nothing but problems. 3 radiators, sensor, gaskets replaced cause if leaks, and it is still leaking, and know power steering is going to cost me680.00 to replace. My truck only has 53000 miles on it to date. We have bought 2 cars since and I think our next buy will be very much investigated before we buy.
